The importance of mastery – Motivation for the Month!

A photo by Will van Wingerden.

One of the greatest things that we can do for the people we care the most about is to prepare to serve them with the best of our ability. Whether it be our parents, our children, our friends, our clients, our employer, or our employees, the most virtuous thing we can do is to provide them with impeccable service no matter the circumstance.

Whether you work for someone or hope to work for yourself, what does mastering your craft look like, and how would you attaining expertise impact your dreams and goals?

My guess is that it would revolutionize your future and your impact, not only on your career or business, but on your life….

Take a moment and think about the possibilities…

According to an article I read, famous investor, Warren Buffet, spent about 80 percent of his day reading, as did other self-made billionaires–a commonality that also serves as a testament to the power of self-education.

This month, create an action plan for integrating self-education daily or weekly that moves you towards expertise in the subject matter that honors your vision, goals, and relationships.

I hope you reap the rewards that come with this approach to self-education and mastery that even the most successful people take.

I believe in you!

As always, please send me a note at if this resonated with you, and feel free to share this post with family and friends!

Also, feel free to share with me via email at how this message has impacted how you schedule time for self-education and mastery! I’m excited to hear about it!
